With the financial crisis accelerating and no signs of recession receding in America, the call of the hour is finding foreclosure solutions that work. There have been foreclosure solutions pouring in galore with experts vying with each other to offer the best but so far the market has remained stubborn and immune to all overtures.
The initial approach to foreclosure solutions was to shore up the financial institutions that had started collapsing like ninepins. It is these bodies that have perpetrated the crisis by flooding the market with sub-prime loans given to borrowers not qualified for these. The foreclosure solution of modifying and refinancing mortgages was dependent on the voluntary efforts of the lenders. Sadly this was noticeably missing.
