The reason is simple, there are not enough criteria matching homeowners that can actually be eligible and adhere to the assistance programs or they are not yet eligible for these, but since the implementation of the assistance programs for mortgage borrowers, the increase of the property value clearly states that the program is working in Arizona.

It is a matter of time before Arizona can see its foreclosure numbers plummet like the numbers in the rest of the US. Though most importantly, it will be a new beginning and a very much needed assistance and opportunity for homeowners and entire families that are seeking in the most desperate way not to loose their homes.
