According to Payne’s accounts, “Many of the storefronts that we’ve leased for past campaigns drew so much attention to the buildings that the landlords were able to lease out the space to permanent tenants. We can also assist property owners by creating a digital ‘for rent’ sign, making the property look more desirable then the plain ‘for rent’ sign most commonly used.”
