In Huron County, thirty percent out 1,317 new cases were foreclosures.
This means that in 2008, there were 392 foreclosures, which was 224 five years ago. While in 1995, the Huron County Clerk of Courts saw only 30 cases of foreclosure, a mere 3 percent of the total number of cases.

The situation with foreclosures in Florida and Nevada has been quite the same as Colorado. These states have seen a lot of speculative and rash buying that has resulted on bets in housing values as well. This has helped the real estate business sink considerably.
